Corghi A2024TI-20 Electric with SP2000 Unit

The market choice for reliability and long-lasting performance is designed for low-profile/ultra-high performance tires. Run-flat certified by all major tire manufacturers PAX capable with accessory kit and features leverless technology.

Features:

Top bead demounting procedure head unit. The demounting procedure uses the same working movements but absolutely no effort is required from the operator thanks to the leverless technology incorporated in the mount/demount head (patented). The mounting procedure is exactly as before and just as quick and convinient.

Turntable system that allows the clamps to be moved to change the working range.

Bead breaker shoe extension system useful for working on large-diameter wheels installed on the machine as standard

Built-in table inflator with jets in the jaws

Unique mount/demount head does not touch the rim during operation

Locking handle locks head away from the rim

Powerful action bead-breaker blade follows bead to inside rim contour

Heavy-duty turntable rotates in either direction

Rebuildable stainless steel cylinders

Heavy-duty stainless steel turntable

Safe fast profitable and affordable

Pneumatic-locking mount/demount head

Sturdy tilt-back tower

Tire pressure sensor style rims changes safely

Features of SP2000:

Pneumatic-powered upper disc holds bead into the wheel drop for mounting

Designed for low-profile EMT and high-performance tires and wheels

Loosening upper bead for demounting

Push down upper bead for lubrication and tire tool insertion

Lowering upper beadfor inspection between bead and demount head

Lowering upper bead for inserting the bead clamp; this clamp makes it possible to lift the bead over the mount/demount head
